This policy explains what personal data we collect on the ArchieTech website and how we use it.

1. Who we are

ArchieTech is a digital studio (Pärnu & Tallinn). The data controller is ArchieTech. Contact: gontsarov.artur@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

Through the brief form we collect only the data you enter yourself: name, email, phone (optional), selected services and your message. We do not collect payment data or special categories of data.

3. Why and on what basis

We use the data only to respond to your inquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

4. How data is processed

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox via the Web3Forms service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

We keep the data only as long as needed to communicate with you. We will delete it earlier on request.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. To do so, write to gontsarov.artur@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Only your language preference is stored in the browser's local storage.
