Privacy policy

The data controller is Archietech OÜ (registry code 17595552). Contact: info@archietech.ee.

Through the brief form we collect what you enter yourself: name, e-mail, phone (optional), chosen services, your message, preferred way of contact and the site language. We do not collect payment data or special categories of data.

With the brief we store how you reached the site: campaign tags (UTM), the ad click code, the first page visited and the referring site. This shows which ad or search brought the enquiry.

For clients we also process invoice data (name, company, address, registry code, amount). For a customer portal account we store the e-mail address, the password in hashed form and the time of the last sign-in.

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: your consent, given by sending the form, and steps before a contract.

For invoices and accounting: a legal obligation. Source accounting documents are kept for 7 years by law.

To measure visits and the results of advertising: only with your consent (see cookies below).

We use service providers: Vercel (site hosting and cookie-free visit statistics), Neon (database), Stripe (payments for hosting subscriptions; we never see or store card data), Resend (sending e-mail), Telegram (an internal notice to us about a new enquiry) and Web3Forms (form notification by e-mail).

With your consent we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and advertising. Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case they rely on legal safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses).

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

We keep enquiry data as long as needed to communicate with you, and delete it earlier on request. Invoices and accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.

You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing and withdraw your consent. Write to info@archietech.ee.

If you believe your data is handled incorrectly, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Without your consent we do not store tracking data in your browser. We store only your cookie choice.

With your consent we use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies and remember for the session how you reached the site. You can change the choice or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.
